Overview

The Yealink SIP-T43U is an enterprise-grade 12-line Gigabit IP desk phone engineered for high-volume corporate communication environments, administrative hubs, and call center deployments. Designed for IT infrastructure engineers and technical procurement teams, this hardware handles communication congestion and audio degradation across highly saturated local area networks.

The terminal features a 3.7-inch backlit graphical LCD alongside dual-port Gigabit Ethernet interfaces that pass data smoothly without creating network bottlenecks at the workstation. Built around Yealink Optima HD Voice hardware and the versatile, wideband Opus codec, the phone maintains high acoustic clarity by dynamically adjusting to available network bandwidth. The system features dual integrated USB Type-A ports to enable concurrent deployment of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth dongles, USB recording, and EXP43 expansion sidecars. It should not be deployed in infrastructure environments lacking IEEE 802.3af PoE switching unless independent 5V DC power adapters are provisioned separately.
