The APC SRT3000RMXLA‑NC is a double‑conversion on‑line uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that delivers continuous, conditioned AC power without transfer delays. It is deployed by infrastructure and data centre engineers to protect servers, storage systems, network switches, VoIP/UC equipment, and other critical devices against sags, surges, frequency fluctuations, and total utility failures in 120 V single‑phase environments.

Rated at 3000 VA / 2700 W, this UPS uses true double‑conversion topology with a pure sine‑wave output to isolate connected loads from grid anomalies, ensuring predictable power quality even when utility voltage and frequency vary. The internal bypass enables continued load support should internal UPS maintenance or faults occur.

Mechanically, the unit is a 19″ 2U rackmount with tower conversion option, making it suitable for server racks, IDF/MDF cabinets, and edge compute enclosures. Rails and mounting hardware are included for immediate rack deployment.

Connectivity includes eight NEMA 5‑20R and one NEMA L5‑30R output receptacles and a pre‑installed network management card (AP9631) with environmental monitoring for remote monitoring and integration into power management platforms like APC EcoStruxure IT or third‑party SNMP systems. Communications also include USB, serial, and EPO support.

Typical internal runtime is approximately 3 minutes at full load and ~10–11 minutes at half load, providing enough backup for orderly shutdowns or transitions to standby generators. Runtime can be extended with external battery packs (SRT96RMBP series) for longer outages.

This UPS is not suitable for 208 V/230 V distribution without the corresponding regional variant or for environments requiring continuous full‑runtime power without scalable battery expansion
