Overview :

The APC SRTL3KRM1UC is a double-conversion online uninterruptible power supply designed for protecting critical IT equipment in rack-based environments. Infrastructure engineers deploy this model where continuous, clean AC power is required for servers, storage arrays, network switches, and hyper-converged systems. The online topology continuously converts incoming AC to DC and back to AC, ensuring zero transfer time and isolating connected equipment from utility power disturbances.

This UPS delivers 2880VA / 2880W power capacity and operates within 120V single-phase environments, providing pure sine-wave output suitable for enterprise server power supplies and network appliances. The unit includes five NEMA 5-20R outlets and one NEMA L5-30R output, with an NEMA L5-30P input plug for higher-capacity branch circuits commonly used in rack power distribution systems.

A key design aspect of the Smart-UPS Ultra platform is its 1U rack-mount form factor, delivering 3kW power capacity in a compact chassis. This allows deployment in space-constrained racks such as edge compute cabinets, micro-data centers, telecom racks, or colocation cabinets where rack space is limited.
