The Eaton 5S700 is a 700VA line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to provide reliable backup power for desktop PCs, workstations, and small office equipment. With a 420W power rating, it offers 2 minutes of battery runtime at full load and 12 minutes at half load, ensuring protection during short power outages. The UPS features eight 5-15R outlets, including four with battery backup and surge protection, and four with surge protection only. It also includes surge protection for coaxial and data lines, safeguarding communication equipment. The compact tower form factor allows for flexible placement in various environments, such as home offices or small businesses. Additionally, the UPS comes with a 6-foot USB cable and is compatible with Eaton’s UPS Companion software for monitoring and graceful shutdown during extended power failures.
