Overview

The Eaton 9PX10KSP is a high‑capacity online double‑conversion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that delivers continuous power conditioning and battery backup for critical three‑phase or split‑phase IT and infrastructure environments. It is deployed by data center engineers, network architects, and facilities teams to ensure clean, uninterrupted AC power to servers, storage arrays, network aggregation switches, and virtualization hosts. The online topology isolates loads from utility fluctuations by actively converting input AC to DC and then back to AC, providing consistent output voltage and frequency.

The system supports a rated capacity of 10 kVA / 9 kW with a 120/208 V split‑phase output and a 0.9 power factor, covering large rack rows, consolidation zones, and small data centers. Its electrical design delivers a tight output voltage regulation of ±1 % under steady‑state conditions, which is essential for sensitive electronics and multiphase loads. Internal batteries are hot‑swappable and can be augmented with up to four extended battery modules (EBMs) to increase runtime.
