Eaton PDUH30-ISO Basic Rack PDU with Surge Protection
Overview
The Eaton PDUH30-ISO is a single-phase, 120V basic rack power distribution unit with integrated ISOBAR surge suppression designed for IT equipment protection and rack-level power distribution.
It is deployed in telecom rooms, AV racks, small data centers, and branch IT environments where both multi-outlet distribution and surge protection are required from a single 30A L5-30P power source.
The unit provides 12 × NEMA 5-15/20R outlets arranged in two independently protected load banks. It includes a 15 ft power cord with a NEMA L5-30P input plug for connection to UPS systems or facility power circuits.
Unlike switched or metered PDUs, this model is focused on electrical protection + basic distribution, with no remote monitoring or outlet control features.
The ISOBAR design provides multi-mode surge suppression (normal and common mode), helping protect sensitive IT equipment from spikes, noise, and transient disturbances.
