Overview
The Eaton PDUV30 is a 0U vertical basic rack power distribution unit designed for high-density 120V power distribution in IT racks, network closets, telecom rooms, and AV infrastructure. It provides reliable single-phase AC power delivery to multiple devices without monitoring, switching, or remote management features.
It is commonly deployed in small to mid-size data centers and edge environments where simple, high-outlet-count power distribution is required for switches, servers, storage, and networking equipment.
The unit features a vertical 0U form factor that mounts along the side of standard 19-inch racks, preserving valuable rack space while enabling clean and organized cable routing.
Designed for continuous-duty environments, it connects via a NEMA L5-30P input and distributes power through 24 NEMA 5-15/20R outlets split into two internal load banks for balanced electrical distribution.
This model is strictly a basic PDU—there is no metering, switching, or remote control functionality. It is intended for infrastructure where upstream UPS or facility power already handles conditioning and monitoring.
