Overview :
The Eaton SMART1500 is a 1.5 kVA (980 W) line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed for small business branch networks, point-of-sale systems and VoIP infrastructure where power continuity and protection from brownouts, surges and blackouts are essential. This unit features automatic voltage regulation (AVR) over an input range of 75 V to 147 V and switches to battery backup in milliseconds, providing approximately 20 minutes of runtime at half load and around 7 minutes at full load. It is deployed in small data closets, server rooms or edge network environments to maintain uptime and safeguard equipment until orderly shutdown can occur. Built for tower installation, it supports remote monitoring and unattended shutdown through USB and serial ports using Eaton’s PowerAlert software.
