Overview
The Eaton SRFFD4524 is a SmartRack fan-integrated front door kit engineered for standard-width 45U rack enclosures used in enterprise, colocation, and edge IT environments. It combines enclosure airflow management, intake filtration, and front-door rack protection into a single integrated assembly.
The unit includes four fan panels with four 120V fans per panel, providing a total of 16 cooling fans for increased front-to-rear airflow across servers, switches, storage arrays, and high-density rack equipment. Each fan delivers up to 93 CFM at 60 Hz, helping reduce heat buildup in enclosed rack deployments. Integrated dust filters improve intake air quality in mixed commercial and industrial installations.
The SRFFD4524 is designed specifically for Eaton SmartRack 45U standard-width enclosures and installs using included toolless mounting hardware. Heavy-duty cold-rolled steel construction supports continuous operation inF data centers, network closets, and distributed infrastructure deployments. Standard NEMA 5-15P power connections simplify integration with existing PDUs and UPS systems.
This model is suitable for rack deployments requiring additional airflow capacity without deploying standalone cooling accessories. It is not intended for wide-rack enclosures or installations requiring intelligent fan monitoring and environmental telemetry.
