The HPE JH394A is a high-density, low-latency Layer 3 switch from the FlexFabric 5940 series, engineered for demanding data center environments. It is designed specifically for top-of-rack (ToR) or server access layer deployments in large enterprises and can serve as a core switch for medium-sized enterprises. This switch addresses the need for high-performance server connectivity, supporting the convergence of Ethernet and storage traffic within virtualized infrastructures. At its core, this switch leverages a robust architecture to deliver a switching capacity of up to 1440 Gbps and a throughput of up to 1071 Mpps.
