OS2 single mode fiber optic patch cord terminated with LC and SC connectors for high-speed optical network interconnections. Deployed by network engineers, fiber optic installers, and data center infrastructure teams for switch-to-patch-panel connections, server-to-switch optical links, and backbone fiber terminations in enterprise and service provider networks.

Provides 9/125 µm single mode fiber construction supporting high-bandwidth transmission over extended distances. OS2 fiber grade delivers low attenuation and high signal integrity, suitable for 10G, 40G, and 100G Ethernet applications over distances up to 10 km and beyond depending on transceiver optics.

Three-meter (10-foot) length suits short-reach optical interconnects between adjacent racks, patch panel cross-connects, and equipment terminations. Yellow jacket provides industry-standard color coding for single mode fiber identification, enabling rapid circuit tracing and physical layer management.

Compatible with standard LC and SC fiber optic ports on switches, routers, transceivers, patch panels, and optical distribution frames. Simplex/duplex configuration supports standard optical networking deployments.

Not suitable for multimode fiber applications or connections requiring MMF (50/125 µm or 62.5/125 µm) fiber.
