Overview :

The INTELLINET 508919 Industrial Gigabit PoE++ Injector delivers high-power electrical distribution and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity across extreme operational environments. Engineered for industrial automation, smart city infrastructure, and security integrators, it enables non-PoE network switch ports to deliver up to 90 watts of IEEE 802.3bt Power over Ethernet (4PPoE) over existing network cabling up to 100 meters (328 ft.).

Housed in a rugged IP30-rated metal enclosure with a integrated DIN-rail mount bracket, this hardened injector operates reliably in wide ambient temperature ranges from -40°C to 75°C (-40°F to 167°F). Power is supplied via a 3-pin terminal block accepting 45–56 V DC input. Intelligent auto-sensing technology safeguards connected devices against overloads, short circuits, and high voltages, while 6 kV contact ESD protection and 2 kV port surge suppression protect sensitive electronics from transient electrical anomalies.

The unit is ideal for powering high-draw Industry 4.0 devices, motorized outdoor PTZ cameras, digital signage, thin clients, and wireless access points. Do not connect to AC wall outlets directly without a compatible industrial DC power supply.
