Overview :

The INTELLINET 508940 Industrial Gigabit PoE++ Splitter separates a high-power Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection into distinct Gigabit Ethernet data and 12V DC power streams. Engineered for industrial automation, remote monitoring, and security integration, it enables non-PoE network equipment to draw power directly from an IEEE 802.3bt/at/af-compliant PoE switch or injector up to 100 meters (328 ft.) away.

Housed in a compact, IP30-rated metal casing with a DIN-rail mounting bracket, this hardened splitter operates reliably in extreme temperature conditions ranging from -40?C to 75?C (-40?F to 167?F). Accepting up to 60 watts of PoE input power, it delivers up to 51 watts of continuous 12V DC output via two options: a 2-pin terminal block or a standard DC jack.

The unit features comprehensive protection circuitry, including short-circuit, overload, and high-voltage suppression, along with 2 kV port surge protection and 8 kV ESD shielding. It is ideal for powering non-PoE IP cameras, access control panels, wireless access points, laptops, and single-board computers in harsh operational environments. Do not connect load equipment exceeding the 12V / 4.25A (51W) maximum output rating.
