Overview:

The Intellinet 561518 is a single-port Gigabit High-Power PoE+ injector designed to add Power over Ethernet capability to a non-PoE network switch port. It is utilized by network installers and system integrators for powering and connecting PoE-enabled devices where a PoE switch is not available.

This injector solves the problem of deploying IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones in locations without nearby AC power outlets . Technical capability includes a 30W output per port, supporting IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) and backward-compatible with 802.3af (PoE) devices . The unit features an internal power supply and a fanless design for silent desktop operation .

Deployment is straightforward: connect the unit to a standard LAN switch port, and use existing Cat5e cabling to deliver both power and data up to 100 meters .
