Intellinet 561648 – 2-Port Outdoor Vandalproof Gigabit PoE Extender

The Intellinet 561648 is a 2-port outdoor vandalproof Gigabit PoE extender that doubles the maximum connection distance between a PoE source and PoE devices from 100 meters (328 ft.) to 200 meters (656 ft.). Designed for harsh outdoor environments, it connects and powers two PoE devices such as network cameras, wireless access points, or VoIP phones from a single PSE port on a PoE injector or PoE switch.

The extender delivers a total PoE power budget of 60 watts, with per-port power up to 30 watts, making it suitable for IEEE 802.3af/at/bt (4PPoE) compliant devices. It requires no additional power supply, drawing power directly from the PoE input, which simplifies deployment and reduces cabling costs.

The IP67-rated weatherproof enclosure provides complete dust and water protection, while the IK10-rated vandalproof metal housing ensures durability in public-facing installations. The device supports 10/100/1000 Mbps data rates and includes short-circuit, overload, and high-voltage protection with port surge protection up to 6 kV.
