The Intellinet 780124 is a professional 2-in-1 network installation tool that combines modular plug crimping and cable testing in a single handheld device. It is designed for network installers, telecommunications technicians, and IT professionals who build, terminate, and verify Ethernet and telephone cabling.

The tool cuts, strips, crimps, and tests cables using one integrated device. It supports RJ45, RJ11, RJ12, and RJ22 modular plugs and verifies Cat3, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cabling. A built-in cable tester with nine LED indicators detects wiring continuity, shorts, miswires, reversals, split pairs, and shielding status where applicable. The detachable remote module enables testing of installed cable runs.

Designed for structured cabling installations, network maintenance, and field service applications, the tool is suitable for terminating and testing copper Ethernet and telephone cables before deployment. It is not intended for fiber optic cable termination or non-modular connector systems.
