The Jabra 14201-17 is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter designed for integrating Jabra wireless headsets with compatible Polycom SoundPoint and VVX IP desk phones. It enables remote call control functions directly from the headset without requiring a mechanical handset lifter.

This adapter is widely deployed in enterprise telephony, contact centers, and unified communications environments where users require mobility away from their desk while maintaining full call handling capability. Once installed, users can answer and end calls, mute audio, adjust volume, and hear incoming ring tones directly through supported Jabra wireless headsets.
