Overview
The Eaton 9PX1000RT is a compact 2-U rack/tower convertible online double-conversion UPS designed for critical IT loads in server rooms, edge cabinets or network closets where space is at a premium but reliability is essential. Rated at 1000 VA / 900 W and operating at 120 V input/output with a 0.9 power factor, it delivers true sine-wave output with full voltage regulation, ensuring servers, storage arrays and network equipment remain protected during brown-outs, blackouts or line noise. The unit includes sealed lead-acid, hot-swappable internal battery modules and supports up to four external battery modules for extended runtime. Its advanced ABM® battery-management technology lengthens battery service life by approximately 50%. With included 4-post rack rails and optional pedestal feet, the 9PX1000RT installs easily in standard 19″ racks while preserving U-space for equipment.
