Opengear 569008 Passive GPS Antenna
Overview :
Designed for data center infrastructure administrators and network engineers, this Opengear passive GPS antenna resolves location tracking and timing synchronization requirements by linking directly to out-of-band management gateways. It ensures reliable satellite signal reception to maintain accurate coordinate data and system logging across remote sites.
Operating with a typical gain of 3 dBi, this compact antenna features an integrated magnetic base for secure attachment to metal server racks or enclosures.
Engineered for deployment with Opengear resilience gateways and legacy console servers featuring compatible auxiliary or GPS SMA interfaces within server racks, data centers, and remote edge facilities. It integrates seamlessly without requiring external power sources or complex configuration.
Fully compatible with Opengear legacy cellular management units and select resilience gateways requiring passive external GPS inputs (such as ACM5004, ACM5504, IM4200, and ACM7000 series with GPS support). Do not use this passive antenna model with newer 4G/LTE units that specifically mandate active antenna variants like part number 569018.
