The Opengear ACM7004-2-L-GLB is a compact, high-reliability Resilience Gateway engineered to deliver secure, out-of-band (OOB) management and remote monitoring for critical network infrastructure. Designed specifically for edge locations such as branch offices, retail outlets, bank branches, and remote sites, this small-form-factor appliance ensures IT teams maintain uninterrupted visibility and operational control even during primary network outages.

At its core, the ACM7004-2-L-GLB features an integrated Global 4G LTE-A Pro cellular modem (Sierra Wireless EM7565) with dual SIM support, providing automated failover to keep remote networks reachable. It offers four RS-232 serial ports with Cisco straight pinouts, four USB 2.0 console ports, and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports (primary and failover). Additionally, built-in digital I/O ports enable external environmental sensing (such as water, smoke, or motion detection) and relay control. Managed centrally via Opengear Lighthouse software, this platform allows rapid detection, access, and remediation of IT issues without requiring expensive on-site technician visits.
